VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

I was excited to join the family atmosphere and entrepreneurial culture InterLinc offered. The results have spoken for themselves with both parties growing tremendously in that time!

Lance joined the InterLinc family in October 2014 as the Vice President and Director of Business Development, and had a very successful 5-year run as Business Development Manager with a startup mortgage lender in Austin.

Prior to being in the recruit and select side of mortgage lending, Lance was a very successful Account Executive with World Savings, Wells Fargo and Caliber Wholesale. It was on this side of the arena that Lance made many of the contacts he still works with and stays in contact with to this day. At World Savings he was also a Loan Officer which gives him a well-rounded perspective of the entire mortgage lending process.

Lance is married to his wife of 18 years, Liz, and together they live in Grapevine with their three daughters. In his spare time Lance enjoys traveling with the family and playing golf.
